For this I had a news story about England entering recession I had to research, come up with a personal opinion and create 3 posters. One poster had to be text, one image and the third combined. I wanted to use illustrator for this brief because I really want to improve my skills using it. I am very much a beginner so the resulting imaged are quite basic, but I did learn a lot and could do these again now in a quarter of the time. The images themselves had to be simple and high impact, so I used the red line of a financial graph to show how the recession will hit us all. Maybe these ended up too simple, and I'm not sure about the purple, it does represent the gloom of recession but leaves the posters looking a bit flat.
